Think of FLARE as your PHONE A FRIEND. We’ll be around long after moving day to help you with advice, guidance and support to answer any question you might have about living in your new city.

From questions about how to get things done, places to go, or problems to solve, we’ll be on hand (or the other end of the phone) to point you in the right direction and help you make the most of your new adventure.


HOW IT WORKS

  • FLARE is a fee-paid, subscription based helpline with a per month fee
  • Services can commence any time throughout an assignment & are for any type of employee or their family
  • Some service limitations apply (service is not 24h)


TENANCY MANAGEMENT

Peace of mind once you've picked up the keys...


Assistance with managing any property related issues during a tenancy. Acting as an advocate for you with your landlord and during your stay in your rented property. To include:


  • Management of post-move in issues
  • Assisting with the resolution of repairs
  • Mid-Tenancy property related advice & questions
  • Assisting at time of renewal to negotiate a new lease or a fair rental at the time the tenancy is renewed 
  • Handing over effectively at the time of departure if a departure service is initiated.

Both at home in the host location and at the end of your tenancy in the UK, we are able to assist with the close down of your current property to arrange to put you in the best possible situation in advance of your move. A departure service can dramatically increase the amount of deposit returned and is a good way of ensuring the maximum amount of return on your money through effectively negotiating with property management agents for the return of the deposit..


  • Advice and guidance on closing down your property
  • Arranging an end of tenancy clean (if appropriate) 
  • Managing any repairs / remedial works
  • Negotiating damage deposit return with agent 
  • Coordination with any other relocation services around your departure date.
